At Hurlingham Nursery, we understand that families sometimes need extra childcare outside of term time. That’s why, alongside our 34-week academic year, we also offer a Holiday Club for up to 16 additional weeks. 

Families can book the weeks they need without committing to a full year of childcare (excluding our two-week Christmas closure, bank holidays, and staff inset days). During club times the children from different will all be together which is great way for the children to mix with children of a different age.
Our Holiday Club is a wonderful extension of nursery life, giving children the chance to learn, play, and explore through exciting weekly themes. 

Previous themes have included:

• Circus
• Superheroes
• Dinosaurs
• Science
• Food from Around the World
• Sports
• Planet Earth
• Fairy Tales and
• Artists

Each theme is carefully planned around the Early Years Foundation Stage goals, with activities designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

Children enjoy a balance of indoor and outdoor learning, with opportunities for free play and structured activities. From sand and water play, arts and crafts, dressing up, and building with Duplo, to obstacle courses, music, drama, dance, yoga, cooking, science experiments, and even early phonics and maths groups – every day is filled with fun and discovery.

Parents receive a weekly newsletter with highlights and photos, so you can see the joy and progress your child is making.

What makes our Holiday Club truly special is that it’s run by our own dedicated team of nursery teachers – the same caring professionals your child knows and trusts. Above all, our aim is for every child to have fun, build friendships, and leave each day with a big smile!
