Hurlingham Library Space

Welcome to Hurlingham School Library, a place where knowledge and adventure come together. It’s more than just a room filled with books — it’s a space for students and teachers to learn, explore and have fun.

Our library offers a fantastic collection of books for all ages and interests. From colourful picture books to exciting chapter books, captivating middle-grade fiction and enlightening non-fiction, there’s something for everyone. And don’t forget to visit our cosy treehouse! It’s a special place full of comfy cushions where you can lose yourself in exciting stories and adventures.

In our library, we have a special philosophy. We believe that every child has the right to see themselves represented in books and have their eyes opened to the world around them. It’s a place where you can find stories that reflect your experiences and stories that introduce you to new cultures and ideas.

In addition to books, you’ll find a variety of resources like magazines to help with your school projects.

Throughout the year, our library hosts exciting events such as author visits, reading challenges, and book fairs. It’s a place where you can make friends, be creative and celebrate the joy of reading.

Our friendly librarian, Mr Mann, is always there to help you find the perfect book and answer your questions. He is assisted by our dedicated pupil librarians who are eager to share their love of books with you.

So, why wait? Come and explore the magic of reading and learning in our library!
